When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll confirm by email once we’ve accepted your order and received payment.
Please double-check your order before confirming. We can’t always make changes once it’s processed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. You agree your payment details are correct and that you’re authorised to use them.
4. Prices & Shipping
Prices are in NZD and include GST (if applicable), unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs (if any) are added at checkout.
We’ll do our best to deliver on time, but delivery dates are estimates only. We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order is delivered to your nominated address.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply. This means if your product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
