Exchanges and returns

We want you to love your new threads- but if it’s not quite right, here’s how we handle return shenanigans. 

Change of mind
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags/labels).
  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Once we receive and check the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.

 

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days). We’ll cover return shipping and sort you out with a replacement or refund. We’ll cover return shipping and sort you out with a replacement or refund ASAP.

 

Sale items
Unfortunately, we can’t offer returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items unless they are faulty.

 

How to return

  • Email us at peakchaos.apparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll send you instructions for sending the item back.
  • Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund.
